I have similar sentiments as my French colleague and would ask that we seek to avoid having too many written documents telling us that we are committing ourselves to be doing, what we committed ourselves to be doing, to what we committed ourselves to be doing -- given the fact that your Minister was promised almost nine months ago that this would take place.

I do not discourage you from signing documents, but I would ask through you if our colleague from the Russian Federation could tell us when the group would be in Znamenskoye working, because that is the real thing that matters -- and if that is going to take place before our ministers convene here two weeks from Monday.
