The United States fully agrees with the objectives you have outlined for the Stability Pact and we also strongly support the work of the Stability Pact Task Force in Combating Trafficking in Human Beings.

Moreover, we are especially pleased that you plan to shift the focus from words to actions.

Coordination and consultation are necessary and valuable, but as with the OSCE, the Stability Pact's success and value will be measured by what it is able to deliver.

In closing, we would be very interested, Mr. Busek, to hear some of your ideas on how the OSCE and the Stability Pact can join forces to achieve particular goals.
