On October 4, the U.S. Delegation to the 2011 OSCE Human Dimension Implementation Meeting hosted an information session on the Hague Convention of October 1980 on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.

Ambassador David Johnson, Head of the U.S. Delegation, introduced the session, which included Professor Ellen Teitz, First Secretary, Hague Conference on Private International Law from the Hague Permanent Bureau, Corrin Ferber, Attorney Advisor from the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of  Consular Affairs and Linda Hoover, Consul General from U.S. Embassy Warsaw.
