MEDIA NOTE | United States Mission to the OSCE | April 16, 2015
Ambassador Daniel B. Baer, U.S. Permanent Representative to the OSCE, will visit Skopje on Friday with several colleagues from Vienna.
Their schedule includes meetings with the government, opposition and other political parties, civil society, and the OSCE Mission to Skopje.
The U.S. and many others in the international community have expressed concern about the ongoing political crisis. During this visit, Ambassador Baer and his colleagues will have the opportunity to listen to a variety of perspectives about how Macedonia can move forward consistent with OSCE principles and Euro-Atlantic values, as well as how the OSCE and the international community can support positive steps.
