Thank you, Mr. Chair.
I also want to align myself with what the Ambassador of the European Union has just said. I repeat that it is a lie that the United States has confirmed that there are no Belarusian troops in Ukraine. To the representative of Belarus, you have stabbed your neighbor in the back. Do not come here with words to try and excuse that fact. You are a co-aggressor, your territory has been used as a launch pad for a vicious, barbaric attack on a neighboring state, and you bear responsibility for that.
